Talented youngsters will be bringing music to the ears of town centre shoppers over the next month.
North Tyneside Council's Music Service has arranged a series of musical performances in the three town centres during the next four weekends.
It forms part of the local authority's work to support local businesses and begins on Saturday 1 May.
Between 10am and 11am, Whitley Bay town centre will host performances by Whitley Bay Schools' Choir, as well as Isla Hodgson, North Tyneside Senior Soloist Winner 2009, accompanied by guitarist Jordan Riley.
